Clients are required to cancel appointments or services at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the service cost. Our service providers allocate their time and resources to ensure the highest quality service for each client. Last-minute cancellations disrupt their schedules and may affect other clients who could have benefited from the available time slot. By implementing this policy, we aim to uphold fairness and ensure that our service providers are compensated for their time and dedication, even in cases of late cancellations.
